Recorded on the evening of 4-3-2012 in Sri Radha Vinod Ashram near Pakhanjore, Kanker, Chhattisgarh, India. This Ashram was founded by Sri Vinod Bihari Gosai - the Guru of Sri Raman Bihari Das Babaji.
Prior to this kirtan there had been a 48 hour Nama Yagya kirtan festival here which culminated on Sri Nityananda's appearance day. Near to the Ashram is a school and hospital funded by the Tulsi Trust. When the Ashram was constructed about 30 years ago there was just jungle here. The local community are Bengali; transfered here after the formation of Bangladesh and the ensuing violence; and indigenous, once isolated tribal jungle dwellers. The Bengali Vaisnava traditions have been kept strongly alive with many Nama Yagyas and festivals being held in the villages of this region.
